As a tourist, I absolutely loved the breathtaking views of Tokyo Bay from the hotel. The service was top-notch, and the breakfast offered a delicious and diverse range of options. The high tea experience in the lounge with panoramic views of Tokyo was truly unforgettable. The restaurants, like 'China Blue,' had outstanding quality and service, with beautifully presented and delectable dishes. The room itself was of high standard, with stunning decor and trimmings, and the panoramic windows added an extra touch of luxury. The hotel's location was also superb, with attractions like Tsukiji market, the Ginza shopping area, and the Hamarikyu Gardens within close proximity.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. The hotel was conveniently located for easy access to public transportation and other key locations in the city. I particularly enjoyed the attention to detail, such as the refreshing towels and complimentary chocolates in the room.
The room service was not up to par, which was a bit disappointing. The location of the hotel was not ideal if you're looking to be in the center of all the action.
